Recruitment Resourcer

Who are we…

CoAct is a national network of locally embedded community service providers working collaboratively to create social and economic opportunities for Australia's disadvantaged. CoRecruit is a recruitment solution which embeds CoAct staff into the recruitment teams of major employers to assist them with the complexities of Employment Services.

As the Recruitment Partner, you will be based on site with a major employment partner where you will consult on their hiring needs. A unique component to this role is that your candidate pipeline is sourced through our Service Providers from the Jobactive network.   

Role responsibilities…

  • Pro-actively understand your employment partner’s hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Shortlist candidates by assessing their cultural fit and role compatibility.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessment appointments.
  • Provide guidance and regular contact with candidates to ensure they are engaged and committed to the process.
  • Achieve performance target outcomes and KPI’s.

What you will bring…

  • Demonstrated experience working in high volume/fast paced recruitment.
  • Driven to help job seekers to find meaningful employment.
  • Results orientated whilst maintaining empathy and patience when speaking to job seekers.
  • Experience running assessment centres.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven to achieve outcomes and targets.
