Call Centre Agent (Outbound)

We are looking for.......

An energetic professional to join our team in Chatswood. If you have a positive attitude, an inquisitive nature and an excellent telephone manner, we encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for building key relationships with our customers. The data sourced needs to be accurate, relevant and timely for our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Pro-active outbound calling to acquire data and build relationships with clients

• Conduct client or market surveys as required in order to obtain information about clients

• Attention to detail and quality of data entry is accurate and entered into systems correctly

What we are looking for:

• Strong phone etiquette and confidence 

• Excellent and clear verbal and written communicator

• Sound knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems

• Adaptive and quick learner in fast paced environment

• 2+ years’ experience in customer/call centre role

Training and extensive support will be provided.
