Digital Producer/Project Manager

Mudbath is a digital product development firm based in Newcastle NSW, we are an experienced, talented and energetic team with a passion for user experience, quality development and team culture. As a producer/project manager at Mudbath you would be responsible for the successful delivery of a broad spectrum of projects such as apps, websites and custom built software. You will work with startups and corporate businesses and be a part of dynamic project teams that work to deliver quality digital products.

To be effective in this role you will need to be extremely organised, understand Jira and Confluence (or similar systems) and technical delivery at the core. You are a quick thinker who communicates timelines effectively, works hard to deliver early and has exceptional client management attributes. You will need to communicate directly with clients on project management tasks whilst building strong relationships and trust.

Key Requirements:

  • End-to-end digital production and project management

  • Jira/Confluence systems (or similar) 

  • Create project SOW's and project roadmaps.

  • Timeline and budget management skills

  • Analyse and report on project results and data

  • An open and clear communicator who works well as part of a team

  • Client-facing role

  • Relevant experience or tertiary qualifications

  • Ability to manage cross-discipline & cross-functional team

  • Continually identify and mitigate risks  

You'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering a variety of digital projects from small projects to large enterprise systems.

  • Excellent project management and reporting/data analysis skills.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Ability to work with designers and developers

  • Self-motivated and strives to improve your own performance and personal development
