We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants.
 
Plan Management makes it easier to manage NDIS funds by freeing our customers from the time-consuming daily admin tasks and keeping them up-to-date on their expenditure.
 
Support Coordination with Plan Partners involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, connect them with people and services who can contribute meaningfully to achieve unique goals as we help navigate through the complexities of the NDIS.

Your Role ...
The Senior Engagement Lead has primary accountability for customer acquisition and engagement. The Senior Engagement lead with focus on refining and developing the customer pipeline for the needs of our customers by carrying out the requirements of their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. This includes, working closely with the Plan Supporter team to deliver a seamless customer experience, updating customer plans to ensure they are current, handling customer and service provider enquiries.

  • Self-starter, able to operate autonomously and driven to achieve goals / targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and NDIS knowledge.
  • Ability to work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals.
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment - in an evolving, growing start-up business.
