Digital eCommerce Manager

We are in a growth phase and we want more great people to join our team and be part of this fantastic journey.  Due to the significant investment in our digital platform, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced hands on Digital eCommerce Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key role in driving quality traffic & website performance that will lead to commercial outcomes.

Established in 1999, this iconic Australian menswear brand boasts a comprehensive range of quality shirting, chinos, denim, shorts, outerwear, knitwear, and accessories.

The role:

The main objective of the role is to drive our eCommerce strategy to achieve online revenue growth, and ensure a best in class experience for our online consumers. This is a hands on role and you will have experience developing digital strategies that drive acquisition, awareness, engagement and online conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish short and long term eCommerce and Digital promotional strategy plans that are aligned with the overall business strategies
  • Driving revenue by increasing website traffic and optimising conversion to increase sales;
  • Online merchandising and analytics to improve the customer journey and ensure maximum conversion of traffic;
  • Drive Digital SEO /SEM Advertising
  • Social Channel content management
  • Provide the business with analytical insights to enable decisions that support customer experience, problem resolution and best practice
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to show performance and delivery of campaigns

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience managing a digital platform in a Retail environment
  • Experience managing both in-house and agency teams across various paid channels
  • Experience with landing page optimization by channel, A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools;
  • Data-driven, analytical and results-oriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimization
  • Strong stakeholder and team management abilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Past experience in Magento
  • Measurable experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing (EDM, Campaign)
  • Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM;
  • Well developed networking, influencing, communication, consulting and organisational skills
