Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our Field Sales Team based in VIC/TAS.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager VIC/TAS, the Brand Ambassador will build the profile of Campari brands by engaging our customers and facilitating consumer trial through our key On Premise accounts. You will work with the state team to execute the on premise go to market plans that flow from the brand plans.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Support the activation of the On Premise 'Go To Market' plan
  • Seed “incubate” brands amongst trend setters in key targeted accounts
  • Educate bartenders and bar managers on CA portfolio including product attributes, history pricing and usage
  • Educate consumers through public consumer facing events
  • Activate brand specific signature drinks
  • Consumer focused events within top end of on premise
  • Execute ‘Cocktail Studio’ program for CA brands targeting both trade and consumer, leveraging in line with CA digital media strategy
  • Support brand activation at trade and consumer events
  • Work closely with State Trade Marketing Manager and ASM to build CA volume and share in key OP accounts
  • Contribute to Cocktail Studio.com and Social Media where required
  • Trade media print media contribution where required

Essential Attributes of our Ideal Candidate Include:

  • Strong existing relationships and knowledge of the on-premise channel in state
  • 5+ years Liquor Industry experience in a similar role or On-Premise roles
  • Well-developed expertise in mixology
  • Ability to create cocktail lists across all levels of the On Premise
  • Ability to convey passion for our brands
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships
  • Brand and consumer focused
  • Industry knowledge of local and international brands & competitors
  • Awareness of local and global market and consumer trends
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media execution
  • Bar management acumen
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting group training
