Credit Officer

An opportunity now exists for a Credit Officer to join our Finance team located in Mulgrave on a part time basis (27.5 hours per week).

Reporting to the Team Leader General Accounts you will be a key member of the Credit team.  Key responsibilities of this role include preparation and processing of credit applications, maintenance and action of email inboxes, preparation and processing customer refunds and general reporting duties.  There will be some facilities administration including mail and courier bookings and general office administration. 

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and time management skills, with proven ability to work to deadlines, great attention to detail and a sound knowledge of MS Office. You will also have previous experience in credit / accounts receivable and proven ability to maintain effective working relationships. Book industry / publishing experience preferred.
