Hotel Manager

There is always something happening at the Bentley Hotel. The pub has established a place in the cultural fabric of the eastern inner-city suburb of Bentley. The hotel is a meeting place for locals and it's offerings include cold beer, live televised sport and a restaurant.

The Bentley Hotel is part of Spirit Hotels.  We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia and South Australia.  Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants, casual dining options and gaming rooms across Australia and our core purpose is to operate 'Great Pubs Locals Love'.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team into 2019.

To be successful you must possess hospitality management experience - preferably in pubs. You will have a passion for developing and motivating your team, with a keen interest in the financial side of the business.

Whilst the business management aspect is important, it's just as important that you are a friendly and sociable person with strong organisational skills, an open and honest communication style and a passion for customer service. It is essential you have experience in high volume contemporary food operations.

Your previous hospitality management experience will ideally be supported by your current RSA, TAB Compliance cert and a W.A.  Approved Managers and Red Card.
