Receptionist/Traffic Coordinator

About the client
Digital Media Agency in North Sydney needs a bright up and comer to join the reception team.

About the role
My client is looking for a Receptionist to join a busy admin team. You will be responsible for typical reception duties and other ad hoc responsibilities tailored to the business as well as performing data entry as part of traffic department.

Responsibilites
  • Answer, assist and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner. Greet guests/ Front Desk
  • Use applicable software programs to create inventories, letters, and other business-related documents.
  • Prepare shipping labels and order FedEx and local courier pickups and deliveries.
  • Reserve and ensure conference rooms are organised and tidy.
  • Notify all departments of guests, so they may come to the front office to escort them to their department.
  • Coordinate businesses lunches and other related duties.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Provide administrative support when needed.
  • Distribute/pickup mail and incoming shipping packages.
  • Manage/Order Supplies when needed.
About you
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
  • Pride in your workplace and presentation.
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on an individual basis
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and adheres to established daily & weekly deadlines.
  • Above all else be able to solve problems and take the load from your team in a proactive manner.
  • Flexibility with work hours to fit the needs of the day.
  • A friendly/bubbly and outgoing personality
  • A strong work ethic.
