DATA ENTRY / ADMINISTRATION ROLE
We are growing rapidly, and have an exciting full time opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional administrator who prides themselves on delivering excellence in everything they do and thrives on working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. We are seeking a Data Entry & Administration Officer to join our Tradezone team in Helensvale. Your key focus will be to ensure that all administrative functions of the Purchasing Department team are completed in a timely and accurate manner including a high volume of data entry and rebate calculations
- Accurately enter invoices into "Arrow" and make modifications when necessary while adhering to strict deadlines
- Administration support
- Ability to work autonomously and focus on the task at hand
- Commitment to the team (not just the role), with flexibility with working hours to meet business requirements
Skills/ Experience ..
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- proficient in MS Office and a quick learner of database platforms
- Sound numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work and think under pressure
- Excellent communication and people skills
