About the opportunity

The Property Manager will be a senior officer responsible for managing Uniting’s portfolio of properties – which include both residential and commercial property as both tenant and landlord - and for the management of tenancy and maintenance activities. For this, this role will oversee the property team to ensure property is managed appropriately,  tenancy agreements maintained, plan and execute upgrades in the properties, and ensure contracts are in place and suppliers are following required processes.

About you

 

You have a strong experience in a related property management role, are leading a team, and have experience in both commercial and residential property. Your ability in working strategically has helped you in planning and implementing projects. You have previous experience in housing management, working in accordance with OH&S regulations and in quality improvement processes and want to take the next step in your career towards portfolio management.

Qualification in property are desirable and strong experience in a similar role is a must.
