simPRO's Australian customer base continues to expand and as a result we require the talents of an additional Business Development Manager to join our field-based sales team in Sydney.

The successful applicant will possess a current full driver's licence and maintain a suitable vehicle.

You are collaborative, proactive and strategic in your approach. You thrive on achievement, meeting KPI targets and contributing to overall business growth. You have an innate 'can do' attitude and a flexibility to change. You are diligent and consistent in follow through and follow ups.

You have substantial experience in facilitating complex sales demonstrations both online or in person. You are an expert at positioning a compelling value proposition. You seamlessly handle objections and close sales. You are a confident and experienced negotiator.

Key criteria

At least 3 years of successful B2B experience involving sales of complex solutions to senior management levels is necessary. Solid evidence of relevant skills, experience and achievement is required.

A background within the sub-contractor, field service and or enterprise software sales sectors is advantageous. Relevant business or technology educational qualifications would also be well regarded.
