National Partnerships Coordinator

Role overview:

You will be a key player in the Institute’s Partnership team, supporting the National Partnership Manager with the coordination and successful execution of a range of key sponsors and corporate partnership activities across Australia, managing the associated administration.

Ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years sponsorship industry experience working with well-known brands in an account coordination or client servicing role. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects and programs
  • Demonstrated capacity to deal with demanding clients, delivering solutions in tight timeframes
  • An active collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of the Australian events and sponsorship landscape
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, PR, Events or Marketing

You will be motivated by working in a small yet cohesive team, demonstrating high levels of initiative, showcasing a positive and collaborative spirit with an obsessive focus on detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the National Partnerships Manager and other key National and staff across Australia to -
    • Develop and implement the Institute’s annual partnership strategy and engagement plan
    • Identify, secure and foster new partnership opportunities
    • Maintain and enhance existing partner relationships
    • Develop presentation material such as prospectus and sales plans
    • Regularly record and report on all contracts, proposals and agreements
    • Monitor all partnership agreements to ensure positive and purposeful activities
    • Communicate partnership deliverables across the Institute’s internal teams
    • Work closely with National Events team on the successful delivery of National programs such as the Institute’s National Awards, National Conference and other programs
