Booking Coordinator

About the role:

Reporting directly to the National Booking Team Leader. The purpose of this position is to effectively manage the booking of valuation appointments for an assigned group of property Valuers, inclusive of assisting with related requirements throughout the valuation life cycle.

A typical day for a Booking Coordinator would be spent making a large number of outbound phone calls to Real Estate Agents, Home Owners / Tenants, and Mortgage Brokers.

Hours of Work:

  • Full time;
  • Monday to Friday;
  • Rotational Roster working anywhere between 7am and 8pm.

Our best Booking Coordinators have a proven track record of multi-tasking  and managing their time in this fast paced environment; and are at their optimum in this highly autonomous role. They have a 'can do attitude' and are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.

They have experience in either a call centre, a fast paced office environment or within the property industry and have the communication skills, interpersonal skills and PC skills to show for it!
