Our Position

We require an experienced administrator to work across our busy non-technical business units to support our Procurement, Operations and Projects functions.

Your duties will include:

• Organising quotes for clients, working to determine best pricing 

• Shipping (inbound and outbound) equipment

• Maintaining subscriptions and warranty renewals

• Stock control of internal and client equipment

• Monitoring several email boxes

• Ticket management in ConnectWise

• Liaising with clients and external 3rd parties

• Organising engineers calendars

Knowledge of the IT industry is essential and some exposure to procurement, dispatch or projects will be well regarded.  We are most interested in your ability to strive to be your best in a busy role.  Please note that this is an administrative role and will not lead to a technical/engineering position within our team.

We provide extended hours of service to our clients so you will be required to work flexible hours.  This may include working a shift that will finish at 6.00pm on some days.

This is a pivotal role working between our teams so your communication skills will be paramount to your success.  Additionally, you are passionate about client service and motivated to stay up to date with current and new technologies.  You must demonstrate that you can quickly learn new technologies and procedures and work autonomously on a variety of technologies.
