We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with both "blue and white collar" client group experience.
This role will provide HR strategic and operational business partnering, as well as support and champion organisational change and business initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Strong HR / ER / IR background.
- Change Management experience and/or certification.
- Experience in talent management and succession planning programs.
- Experience in engagement and retention programs.
- Strong business partnering skills and experience.
- Coaching and performance improvement experience.
The desired qualifications / experience are:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR business partnering.
- Experience in construction, engineering, operations, logistics, mining or service industry.
- Global corporation (or "complex" local firm).
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology and/or Business.
