Customer Service Officer - Export

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of processing export orders for UHT Dairy Milk, including customer liaison and all documentation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinating and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of export documentation;
  • Managing customer orders for export, ensuring prompt actioning and resolution of all order issues;
  • Maintaining data bases, such as MFGPRO;
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure minimal delays; and
  • Maintaining strong communication and relationships with external stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 year's experience in an exports focused Customer Service role. You will be self-motivated, have the ability to learn quickly and think in a proactive manner.

Additionally, you will have:

  • The ability to speak Mandarin fluently, this will be highly regarded;
  • Experience managing export orders, documentation and processing;
  • Experience with an ERP system is desirable; 
  • A proactive customer service approach;
  • Experience in dealing with grocery customers or similar;
  • Experience at using MFGPRO or similar ERP system;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • A demonstrated track record of performance in similar role in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong commercial acumen; and
  • Strong attention to detail.
