Entry level Media Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in your client team as you will be responsible for the administrative support of the buying process and the group for their designated client portfolio. You will be a sponge to learning and will pick up all the tips and tricks you need to build your career on.

The role encompasses:

  • Assistance to the Executive/s to ensure booking confirmations for all media are sourced and checked in time.
  • Assist with preparing reports for all clients and research as required.
  • Successful working relationships with your team, media representatives, creative agencies and account management.
  • To understand and be proficient in the use and implementation of the Source Operating system

Your immediate line manager is the Account Executive. The Business Director will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development. You are expected to manage your own workload as well as any specialist delivery services that are being deployed in your business.

The commitment and investment that PHD will make towards your training if significant and there is an enormous opportunity for you to learn

Key Skills:

  • This is an entry level position, no prior experience required. (Tertiary education in a relevant field is highly regarded).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Compliance with deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills and style
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • High energy and an approachable manner
  • Team player
