About the Company
ManpowerGroup and the Australian Defence Force (ADF) work in partnership to recruit Defence personnel for the Army, Navy and Air Force. This collaboration utilises the skills and knowledge of Defence Force personnel and Manpower employees to achieve capability for the ADF.

About the role
The Candidate Support Consultant role is to assist with the greeting of candidates for daily information sessions, cover and assist the Assessment Session Coordinator (ASC) when required, assist the Enlistment Coordination (EC) team and provide fulltime pipeline management. 

In this role you will be an active member of the operations team ensuring the successful placement of candidates into job vacancies for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). This role places a great deal of emphasis on candidate care, whilst focusing on the end goal of enlisting /appointing candidates and ensuring candidates are given every opportunity to progress through the recruitment process. This is a rare opportunity to make a difference by assisting in providing capability for the ADF.

We're looking for a team player to work alongside a variety of stakeholders including Defence personnel and health professionals to ensure the successful recruitment of candidates. You will have experience in candidate care/customer service and be able to utilise these skills to support candidates through the recruitment process. You will need exceptional attention to detail along with excellent communication skills, both face to face and via phone. Your strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise will ensure you achieve set targets and outcomes.

Duties
• Manage the candidate database including working with a pipeline of applicants whilst supporting all stakeholders.
• Assisting and supporting priority candidates through the recruitment process
• Maintain high levels of candidate care 
• Develop reports
• Collaborate with the team

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in a fast paced Customer Service role
• Exceptional communication skills both face to face and via phone
• Proven experience in the recruitment industry or a similar role (Desired)

Essential
• You must be an Australian Citizen to apply 
• Be able to obtain and hold a Security Clearance
