About the position

We have a brand new opportunity for a superb Clinical Specialist to join our Sibling Support and Placement Service team who work with siblings who are in our out of home care but are not residing together. The Clinical Specialist will conduct therapeutic treatment/support plans for sibling groups, provide support to new sibling groups entering out of home care and facilitate specialised training for carers, placement providers and other relevant professionals.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has experience leading, developing and delivering improved practice procedures, who can develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and who is focused on the best interests of our clients. You will have an appropriate tertiary qualification in human/community services, have extensive experience working with vulnerable clients and a current driver’s license. A preference for working within a collaborative team environment, cultural awareness and a client focus are qualities that will succeed in the role.
