Disability Support Workers
As a Disability Support Worker, you are responsible for providing needs-based services based on a person-centred framework, maximising the living, social and recreational skills of people with a disability. Community inclusion, independence, decision making and personal choice are promoted whilst focusing on individual needs.
To be considered for this role, you will have relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Welfare, or working towards same. You also require a current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.

Early Childhood Educators
Our Early Childhood Educators are responsible for providing a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role requires the capacity to support parents through regular communication, build positive relationships, and a strong commitment to children centred care.
To be considered for this role you will need to have a relevant qualification including Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma in Early Childhood, Childcare, OOSH. You will also require current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.

Youth Workers (Casual)
Reporting to the Youth Coordinator as part of the Community Team our Youth Workers are responsible for engaging with the young people aged between 12-24 residing in Fairfield LGA who attend our Youth Centre Drop In. This role would involve active participation in educational, recreational and sporting activities as well as identifying young people who are experiencing difficulties such as family breakdowns, school refusal, drug use and mental health issues. Youth Workers will also be required to assist with early intervention case management, youth events and data collection.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum Cert IV in Community Services, Youth Work or related discipline. You will also have current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.
