About the business

About the role

The successful applicant will work directly with the RI team and with the founder of RI.  Duties including various cross departmental tasks including:

  • Customer Service Queries – answering general emails and phone calls
  • Distribution of general enquiries to appropriate staff
  • Mail/Postage – distribute incoming and outgoing
  • Outlook Calendar Management for The Founder
  • Travel co-ordination - Online and adhoc bookings
  • Filing, photocopying, binding
  • Responsible for petty cash, purchases on behalf of the founder, processing invoices and debt collection
  • Salesforce maintenance, rules alerts, social media platforms
  • Distribution of marketing materials
  • Assist with public speaking presentations and records, and manage the relevant logistics
  • Perform client liaison and client query follow up
  • Some basic website and subscriber related tasks.

Skills and experience

Key competencies and preferred experience includes:

  • Previous administration experience
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer literacy with experience in Microsoft office suite
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small or large team
  • Flexibility in all areas as required
  • A fast learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in Adobe Suite software advantageous
