Project Coordinator

TADWA is a passionate and innovative not for profit organisation based in Bassendean, with a satellite office in Bunbury. Our organisation provides home modification, equipment prescription and equipment customisation services to help older people and people with disabilities to do what is important to them. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of domestic trades, technology, recreation and mechatronics projects.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, diligent Project Coordinator who will work within the Operations Team for a six (6) month period (with the possibility of permanency), ensuring all assigned jobs are smoothly coordinated through each project phase, delivering exceptional client service across a diverse portfolio of occupational therapy and domestic trades based projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills as well as experience liaising closely with a large number of internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this position you must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as the following:

  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to exercise initiative, and be self-motivated  and proactive;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Good organisation skills;
  • Sound knowledge of word processing / spreadsheet  software applications and experience in working with a project database;
  • Demonstrated ability to work within teams, across a diverse range of stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to work both unsupervised and within a team are essential to the successful delivery of TADWA’s projects.
