About the role

Responding emails / calls and transfer to appropriate employees

General customer service duties

Scheduling/update works and allocate to the appropriate emplyees

Record keeping and data entry/General filing

Basic bookkeeping and invoicing (XERO)

Ad-hoc duties as requested

*Site visitings may be required to understand the work
