To support our success we are currently seeking a Business Change Lead to join the Customer Engagement leadership team in our Brisbane head office.

About the Role...

An experienced people leader, you will drive and deliver business changes within Sunsuper's Customer Engagement Division. Working closely with people leaders, stakeholders and specialists you will provide expertise and tools to transform our business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all change activities occurring within Customer Engagement to ensure realisation of benefits, and alignment with the long term change agenda.
  • Lead a team of multidisciplinary analysts and change specialists to successfully deliver change across Customer Engagement.
  • Lead a team of specialists who a responsible for ensuring Customer Engagement scope, requirements and data analysis is appropriate represented in enterprise change initiatives.
  • Ensure effective assessment, prioritisation and implementation of all change initiatives within Customer Engagement ensuring customers are at the forefront of all decisions balanced with meeting business objectives.
  • Identify people related risks including those factors that could affect, constrain, block or influence the outcomes of the desired initiative/project or cultural change.
  • Anticipate potential points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the risks and issues.
  • Design and deliver frameworks and processes required to achieve change objectives which integrate and align with other business areas including People, Enterprise Change and Strategy.
  • Lead and support change activities, working alongside the Customer Engagement Leadership Team, other specialist functions within Customer Engagement and the organisation.
  • Develop and negotiate the acceptance of business unit, initiative, project or program introduced change.
  • Develop learning and development plans to support changes to roles and capability uplift.
  • Consult, coach and influence change stakeholders across all levels of Customer
  • Engagement in best practice analysis and change delivery practices.
  • Provide CE Leadership team and other key stakeholders with regular and complete view of all upcoming change initiatives and their collective impact.

About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including skills development in a fluid environment, change and performance management, recruitment and staff motivation.
  • Demonstrated successful program, project and change management experience, particularly across cultural and project introduced change in a customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated superior knowledge and application of best practice project management and change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of business modelling, process improvement and organisational design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic execution, problem-solving and breaking down complex concepts to deliver change.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups, including C-suite.
