Area Manager GTO - Sydney CBD Location

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a person with demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Group Training model and the Tafe and RTO system looking to further develop their career.

Reporting to the RMS National Field Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Industry Employment Consultants and Field Officers in line with the national strategy to achieve ongoing reductions in non-completion rates and improvement in client/host retention, development and repeat business. You will also be required to achieve GTO National Standards compliance and GTO RMS process compliance targets.

Please note: This is a fixed-term position to commence immediately ending 28 June 2019.

Current driver licence is required.

A Total Package Value of $108,000 inclusive of a fully maintained vehicle, 9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading will be on offer to the successful candidate.
