We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated property manager who has excellent communication skills to join our team. You must be willing to adapt and learn the 'Habitat way' as its not just about renting properties - its managing peoples investments.

To be an excellent property manager you must know SO many things - suburbs, your areas rental prices, housing styles, maintenance - including information on air-cons, leaking pool pumps, gas or electric stove tops, some admin/accounting skills, legal skills (to type up leases and condition reports and rarely Rt08s)  PLUS hold skills of counsellors/psychologist/MIND READER plus you must be great at managing peoples expectations and emotions!

We are seeking an experienced property manager - or someone with at least FOUR YEARS SALES OR OFFICE EXPERIENCE looking for a career change. The NT Government is going to hand out CASH to get you up to Darwin but we will offer you a great salary, full training, great office environment and fun...

We are a smaller agency with our office situated in The Gardens. Plenty of off street parking so no driving around looking for a carspace or buying parking tickets or getting booked!
Things that you must have:

* Professional and energetic attitude to work

* Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative

* Current Agents Rep license or willingness to achieve within 4-6 months or ability to transfer from interstate asap

* Computer and excellent administration skills

* A current drivers license and registered car

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
