Due to our growth we are looking for a number of people to join PwC’s Business & Performance Consulting (B&PC) team across the areas of Mining, Government & Health. One of these positions is a Senior Manager  who will deliver value to clients and strategic accounts significant to our Perth team.

In response to continued and sustained growth in demand for our services from major clients, we are looking for exceptional talent to join our B&PC team in Perth. With previous Management Consulting or deep Industry experience an advantage you will be looking to join a high performing and collaborative team.


As a Senior Manager within our team, your responsibilities will range from working with clients on their most high profile initiatives and helping your team meet their objectives.  You will be looking to join a high performing and collaborative team.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to strategic recommendations, evaluation of performance, operational diagnostics and program management of complex transformations.

  • Leadership of projects coordinating teams across strategy, design and implementation
  • Business development with accountability for key accounts
  • Leading development of sector expertise across Health, Mining or Government
About you

You have previous consulting experience of around 7-10 years or a solid background in either  the Mining, Government or Health sector.

You will need:

  • Operational or line management experience
  • Experience defining and executing strategic change
  • Experience helping lead large scale business transformation
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Business development skills with revenue contribution
  • Cost modelling &  cost estimation, including the development of robust business cases
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry and market trends
  • Sophisticated client relationship skills with the ability to talk confidently about issues and factors relating to specific projects
  • Commercial and strategic mindset for influencing and advising clients
  • A track record in building effective relationships both internally and externally to contribute to the growth of the business
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven coaching skills and a passion to drive career development for team members
  • Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint
