Operations Reporting Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and investigative professional who is looking for an opportunity to develop their analytical skills in a dynamic team of Business Intelligence professionals. Joining a broader team of Analysts, Data Engineers and Market Research experts, this role is responsible for the operational reporting of the business through the maintenance of existing reporting processes and the delivery of new reporting requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Reporting Analyst this position is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our West Perth office.

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Maintaining existing reporting processes via SAP Business Objectives
  • Providing reporting and analytical support and advice to key stakeholders
  • Developing new reporting requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reports
  • Developing collaborative and consultative working relationships with key stakeholders

 

What are we looking for in you? 

  • Analytically-minded professional with understanding of numbers and data
  • Ability to conceptualise, analyse and present data effectively
  • Skills in MS Office Suite and SAP Business Objects
  • Ability to liaise effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Maths, Economics, Finance, Actuarial or Statistics (desirable)
