About the Role:

Based in our Ringwood office, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.

Reporting to the Careers Advisor, you will be an integral part of our Career Hub team and will focus on providing high quality pre-commencement advice and early education about Australian Apprenticeships and performing job matching and screening to find the 'right fit' for Australian Apprenticeship vacancies.

The position also provides system support to Career Hub users and performs related administration tasks. This full-time roll will provide the successful applicant opportunity to develop the role within an evolving environment.  

Responsibilities include:

  • assist employers to post vacancies and write job advertisements
  • provide early education and pre-commencement advice to employers and job seekers
  • find the 'right fit' candidates for Australian Apprenticeship vacancies
  • assist with preparation of Ready To Work (RTW) plans for job seekers
  • perform system support, administration and date entry tasks
  • contribute to the continual improvement of MEGT ANP Career Hub.

Selection Criteria:

  • demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service to external and internal stakeholders
  • able to display strong written and oral communication skills with an excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • demonstrated accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
  • demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs, including MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • demonstrated experience in recruitment, or a related support role will be highly regarded.

An attractive base salary, plus 9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading will be on offer to the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
