THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a wonderful opportunity for a strong customer centric individual to be part of our Medical Services team. 

Reporting to the Group Manager, this role will see you provide quick and personalised service to a large range of stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring people in need continue to receive the appropriate level of support throughout their medical entitlement period.

  • Managing internal and external inquiries
  • Providing expert advice to a large range of customers 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to solve problems
  • Action tasks in a variety of workflows
  • Working on improvement initiatives that will have a business wide impact

The Medical Services team is looking for ways to revitalise their approach to managing medical management claims so now is a great time to get on board.  Here you’ll get to utilise all your skills in a small, but passionate team.

ABOUT YOU

You are joining a team that has a passion for helping people get their lives back so we are seeking someone with a similar mind set. To be successful in this role, you'll have proven skills and experience, including:

  • A keen interest in providing customer service and understanding customer needs
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong effective oral and written communication skills
  • Previous workers comp claims experience would be advantageous
  • We are seeking someone who is quick on their feet, knowledgeable and show initiative when seeking positive resolutions.
