Senior Change Manager - Market Risk

A Senior Change Manager is required for a 6 month rolling contract to work on the Fundamental Review of Trading Book program within an iconic Australian brand who is outcomes based and have an excellent culture.

The Snr Change Manager will be responsible for conducting a Stakeholder Analysis, and a Change Impact Assessment, as well as coaching and mentoring of Product Owners to elicit what change is required on complex and strategic programs of work.

The successful candidates will be an experienced organisational change professional ideally with experience across a similar program within Market Risk managing multiple stakeholders and working with tight timeframes.

Required experience:

  • Minimum five years senior OCM experience
  • Banking and Financial Services industry experience
  • Market Risk exposure


They are ideally looking for a candidate that can start in Jan 2019 however may be flexible for the relevant skillset. These 6mth rolling contracts based in the heart of the CBD near Darling Harbour.
