Real Estate Receptionist/Administration

Ray White Morningside is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to provide reception and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude and combine high productivity with a good sense of humour.

About You:

  • excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
  • able to work efficiently and often unsupervised in a busy support role
  • attention to detail
  • results rather than task driven
  • committed to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
  • energetic and upbeat

Skills:

  • clerical/administration office experience
  • some experience in a real estate role desirable but not essential
  • comprehensive computer skills in MS Word, Publisher, Excel, Internet, Email and Typing
  • capable with web-based applications
  • logical in thought
  • maintain productivity through overlapping demands
  • creativity for personal and property marketing material
  • database input and maintenance
  • empathic approach to all clients
  • eager to assist and be a productive team member
  • work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people
  • good knowledge of office management processes and systems

The position will include such duties as:

  • answering phones, taking and distributing messages
  • greeting clients
  • general administration and office duties

Customer service is of paramount importance to our business, therefore excellent communication and people skills are a must, along with the understanding that buying, selling and renting a home can be an exciting but stressful time in our clients' lives.

The position is a great opportunity for further career development. The role will include training with an expectation to progress into a career in property management.
