Executive Assistant - MACq01 Hotel

MACq 01 is Australia’s first storytelling hotel and, during 2018, was recognised by Gourmet Traveller as the Best Large Hotel, the Australian Hotel Association’s Best Overall Hotel the Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania’s Best Deluxe Hotel.

The General Manager is searching for an Executive Assistant to support the property’s purpose of creating lifelong memories for its guests and team. This role is diverse where values and traits such as empathy, trust, initiative, autonomy and collaboration are key to success.

The Executive Assistant supports a variety of functions such as stakeholder liaison, human resources, marketing, communications, and compliance; along with administrative tasks such as diary management, meeting notes, reporting, projects and document briefs.

This role is integral to support the General Manager overseeing this dynamic property. You’ll work closely with the General Manager along with other members of the leadership team to achieve the overall business objectives.
