Sales Support Officer

Reporting to the Administration & Compliance Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring administration tasks, along with sales support and reporting duties are completed in an efficient and timely manner across our Retail Finance business. 
 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to maintain confidence in Insurance and Warranty products offered
  • Proactively monitor risk and insurance products to ensure services comply with company standards and legal requirements
  • Respond promptly and professionally on a daily basis, to requests from business stakeholders and customers on all administrative tasks relevant to effective product management and service, including;
    • Provision of quotations and processing of insurance or warranty claims
    • Ownership and resolution of warranty or insurance administration error
  • Conduct all Sales Support functions to ensure the Sales team are adequately serviced and have all necessary information for their roles
Successful candidates will have:
  • Experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management
  • Experience in a previous role and/or understanding of the insurance and warranty automotive sector
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and to exercise tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • Strong customer service ethic with a focus on providing quality service outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications particularly Excel
  • Intermediate mathematical/numerical skills
  • Basic IT skills, experience of work processing packages, database and email
