The Role

As a recruitment consultant, you will build your desk through completing the following activities:

  • Writing advertisement to attract candidates
  • Phone screening and vetting candidate applications
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Utilising social media to build your networks
  • Business development calls to clients
  • Building long lasting relationships with clients
  • Dealing with offer negotiations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your skills in the following areas:

  • Experience in sales - you are exceeding your sales KPIs & targets
  • Customer service - you are looking to take your high-end retail experience to another level (without working weekends)
  • Resilience - you continue to stay positive in the face of challenges
  • Achievement driven - you are always striving to be the best
  • Coachable - you take on feedback well & implement new ways of working.
