NDIS Engagement Officer (NEO)
3 Full time positions available (2 permanent and 1 fixed term contract for 12 months)

DPV Health (DPV) is registered with the NDIA to work with people who have an NDIS plan and their families.
DPV Health are seeking NDIS Engagement Officer (NEO) to work with people who have a NDIS individual funding plan (IFP) to assist them in developing a package of services to support their needs. This position is responsible to provide new participant pathways by working alongside people who have an NDIS plan to develop a suite of services with DPV Health. The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and a thorough understanding or the NDIS.
The NEO is responsible to undertake screening duties by providing first point of contact to NDIS participants, assessing their Plan outline against the DPV service suite, scoping and matching services and staff, completing all intake documents and developing a Service agreement for participants.
Applicants must have:
- A strong knowledge of disability, including complex communication and behavior, either through qualifications or demonstrated experience in the field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS including business rules, funding, supports and requirements.
- Ability to work with people with a disability of all ages and their families or careers.
- A strong attention to detail.
