Sales & Admin

Penrith Carpet Court is looking for a person to fill the position of  a Sales & Admin position at our newly renovated showroom. 

The role involves working with our customers to create their perfect space - through assisting them in selecting their flooring and window furnishings . 

This role includes (but is not limited to) retail sales, including tracking and entry of sales, following up on quotes, tracking and following emails, customer service, booking in jobs to be measured, booking in jobs to be installed, processing insurance jobs and general administration of the store. 

We have multiple stores in the region and are looking for someone to grow with us, as our business grows. 2019 is looking to be an exciting year with new ranges and products coming onto the market. 

Knowledge of excel, word and MYOB would be an advantage. Experience in flooring retail or home furnishings is ideal, however we can train the right candidate. 
We are a happy, friendly store and we are looking for like minded people who are enthusiastic and enjoy coming to work, and who will be an asset to our business, and appreciated by our customers.
