Recruitment Coordinator

 

Belmore Nurses is one of the most respected and largest Health Care recruiting agencies in Victoria. This is a great opportunity for a hands on Recruitment Coordinator to join the expanding branch in Geelong. We are looking for a candidate who is keen to grow with us!


Previous experience whilst favourable, is not essential as we are seeking someone who has the right attitude - you will be keen to learn, have great attention to detail and adaptable. You will be working closely with the Geelong Senior Recruitment Coordinator and overseen by the regions Operations Manager, providing support predominantly in the recruitment space, as well as other areas of the business as required.


You genuinely love interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service as proven by your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Because you are result-driven, you thrive under pressure and enjoy working in fast-paced environment to get results.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Phone screening and candidate interviews
•    Checking all candidates are compliant e.g.: Police checks, registered with AHPRA
•    Administration such as data entry and data base management
•    Reference checks
•    Preparing and posting job advertisements
•    Networking events to attract more candidates;
•    Willing to work flexible hours and travel;
•    You must be able to work within a team;
•    Meet set quarterly KPIs;


We are looking for someone who has:
•    A genuine interest and enjoyment in working or looking to work within the healthcare recruitment industry
•    Unquestionable service excellence
•    A strong quality approach and be results driven
•    Perseverance and a sense of urgency to all tasks
•    Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
•    Not shy of a challenge and possess a high resilience when faced with working under pressure
•    Time-management and ability to prioritize
•    Be a team player but also be able to work autonomously.

 


Training and support will be provided to ensure your success.


This position is Part Time and will be set Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm, with the third negotiable between a Monday or Tuesday with the same hours - some flexibility may be required. Some travel to the head office in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne will be required, as directed with notice so successful candidate must have valid drivers licence.
