We are a small organisation requiring an exceptional outbound and inbound sales consultant to join our fun and vibrant team as part of our continuing growth and expansion. The role is a mix of Sales, Customer Service, and Administration tasks. We share responsibilities across all areas and work as a Team.

About the role

As a driven and highly motivated salesperson, you'll be reaching and exceeding set KPIs. You'll have excellent people skills and will be able to easily build rapport with your clients in order to build and maintain excellent business relationships.

You'll be joining a vibrant and successful team in Rutherford. You'll be paid a competitive hourly rate and be working flexible business hours Monday to Friday 5 hours per day with option to increase as business grows.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in outbound sales. You'll have exceptional negotiation and objection handling skills. You'll have a hunger to succeed and will be passionate about sales and hitting your targets.Good time management skills are essential.

Intrinsically self-motivated and trustworthy

Must enjoy customer service and be able to confidently follow up with cold, warm and hot clients

Positively follow telemarketing procedures

Have a strong technical/system experience - be confident with online systems [i.e. social media and website live chat] and internal CRM's

Be adaptable to the role and the growth of the company

Be willing to take on any task outside of their standard job description

Be proactive and have a "bigger picture" mentality

Be personable and be able to build strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

Have excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level
