Recruitment Coordinator - Expression Of Interest

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a self-driven Recruitment Coordinator based out of our office in West Perth.  This will be a casual role with an immediate start for approximately 12 weeks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high quality and timely advice and services to internal customers relating to recruitment processes
  • Ability to work autonomously & self-driven 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment function - either internal or agency environment within the mining and resources industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Ensuring the delivery of effective end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Managing the e-recruitment approval process
  • Preparation of job advertisements
  • Advertising internally and externally for candidates
  • Preparing interview question templates and interview packs
  • Managing all interviews
  • Continual communication with all parties
  • Obtaining all reference checks
  • Facilitation of offer/negotiation process
  • Emailing the HR Generalist team with all relevant and required details to prepare employment contracts
  • Ensuring employment contracts are signed and returned accordingly
  • Maintaining accuracy and relevance of data and information in Outotec's chosen recruitment management system, files and spreadsheets
  • Assisting the HR team on HC matters as and when required
  • Developing and coordinating onboarding plans for new starters

 

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment function, either internal or agency environment within mining and resources industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & self driven
  • Intermediate level of competence with MS Office applications
  • Operation of applications such as Recruitment Management Systems
  • Information analysis and report writing
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal customers, colleagues and manager
  • Ability to develop a clear understanding of role requirements and services required and deliver on these to a high standard, on time and with minimum of supervision or direction
  • Human Resources qualifications desirable but not mandatory
