The National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER) helps promote better understanding and discussion within the vocational education and training (VET) sector, and assists policymakers, practitioners, industry, training providers, and students to make informed decisions.

NCVER is a professional and independent body responsible for collecting, managing, analysing, evaluating and communicating research and statistics about VET and the links between education and the labour market more generally. About the role

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our busy Digital Publishing and Communications team.

Some of the activities included in this role are:

  • Manage members contact information and implement notifications of NCVER’s research and statistical releases
  • Prepare and distribute NCVER’s regular external communication products and services
  • Coordinate recording of NCVER’s communications reporting.
  • Maintain aspects of NCVER's Portal
  • Maintain NCVER's customer database
  • Coordinate NCVER’s webinar program

To be successful in this role you will require experience or interest in marketing and communications, and have an excellent customer service ethic, outstanding organisational skills with an eye for detail, as well as being a proactive, self-starter. A relevant qualification would be an advantage.

Appointment details

  • This is a 12 month part-time (0.8) fixed term contract position based in Adelaide.
  • Salary in the range of $50,000 - $60,000 + 12% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
