Our client is a multi-award winning global Medical Devices manufacturer with distribution facilities around Australia. They offer a diverse array of innovative products including reconstructive, medical and surgical neurotechnology and spine products to help people achieve a better quality of life.

Due to growth of the company, an exciting opportunity has become available for someone who is passionate, innovative and truly cares about having a positive impact on people’s lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the processing of all customer orders and re supplies within local branch while achieving service metrics
  • Partner with sales personnel, customers, technical personnel, customer service and the warehouse team and provide proactive communication for all orders and delivery instructions
  • Provide after hours support to customers through on call services as per local rosters
  • Maintain inventory integrity through maintenance of system generated reports to ensure accuracy of our assets

The ideal candidate:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated to always exceed expectations
  • Capable of working in a team as well as autonomously
  • Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in a medical device industry will be highly advantageous
