Temporary Building Manager/Property Manager

The Client
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Manager (will consider very strong Property Management experience) to join their team at one of their assets in Fortitude Valley. They are looking for someone to get in there and really give it their all. 
 
The Role
Prestigious residential building located in Fortitude Valley, you will be needed to work 9am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. 

This role will start as a 6 month contract, with the view of going permanent. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide Residents with a High Level of Customer Service
  • Liaise with Executive Committee & Building Management Committee
  • Management & Coordination of Contractors on Site
  • Defect Identification & Management
  • Following up on Fire Defects 
 
The Candidate:

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
  • A Minimum of 2 Year's Experience as a Building Manager
  • Excellent Customer Services & Patience
  • Mixed Use Building Management Experience
  • The Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
  • PropertyMe experience is a MUST!
