The primary function of this role includes activities related to project planning and delivery. This role will also include administrative duties and some supervisory responsibilities.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, scheduling and completion of projects
  • Check reporting including monitoring schedules and checking budget data
  • Provide broad administrative support
  • Manage an increased workload with tight timeframes
  • Ability to understand a diverse range of administrative duties, analyse and interpret data
  • Knowledge of the use of software programs and automated business systems
  • Operates professionally, ethically and with integrity
  • Preparation of routine correspondence and reports

Essential Requirements

  • Police check required to be completed
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proven ability to manage a team
  • Exceptional ability to manage own workloads and meet deadlines
