About the role:
Reporting to our Team Leader, you will be responsible for speaking to Holden's customers across Australia and assisting them with enquiries they may have regarding their existing vehicles. You will ensure that all advice provided to customers conforms to approved response guidelines and that you adhere to all documented processes and procedures. You will take action to resolve the customer’s enquiry on first contact and if further action is required, you will take ownership and follow through to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.

Customer contact will be inbound and outbound calls, email and written correspondence.

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience from within an administration, hospitality, retail or call centre environment
• Ability to adhere to approved guidelines in the delivery of advice to customers
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Ability to effectively handle customer grievances
• Excellent time management skills and cool under pressure
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literacy and confidence in using systems

• Start Date: Wednesday, 16th January 2019
• Rotating Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 7:00pm
• Port Melbourne location, free onsite parking and close to public transport
Fixed Term Contract until the 30th September 2019 with possible extention 
• Pay Rate - $20.91 per hour + super + leave entitlements (pro rata)
35 paid hours per week
16 days paid classroom and 'on the job' training
