Your new company
Our client is a well-established business in Australia who have decided to now tap into the South Australian market and open up an office in Adelaide. Their aim is to provide excellent service to their customers through a range of lending and financial products to customers through technology and data analysis. They are now seeking a number of vibrant and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants, to join their growing organisation.


Your new role
This position is the perfect entry level role within this growing organisation. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, as the first point of resolution and contact regarding their general enquiries. This role will also involve various adhoc administration duties, as well as having a tech savvy skillset and a strong ability to switch between systems and grasp new concepts.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A demonstrated ability with providing exceptional customer service (contact centre experience is desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a pleasant and professional phone manner
  • Tech savvy abilities with being able to switch between systems
  • Previous experience within a financial institution desirable but not essential.
  • Team player with a vibrant and enthusiastic outlook on life.
