About The Role:
DX Solutions is looking for talented and passionate IT graduates who want to grow and develop their technical skills and build a successful career in the IT industry.
 
Our graduate program will ensure you have the opportunity to develop skill by delivering real projects in a classroom environment with the full support and mentoring from experienced professionals. All graduates will initially gain hands on experience in a variety of roles across the SDLC, before further developing skills in a chosen area.
 
We are looking for students who have a background in Software Development, Computer Science or Technology subjects who want to deliver exciting new technology across a range of industries and grow as part of our team.
 
We have opportunities in the following areas:
  • Software Development
  • Software Testing
  • Testing (test automation)
  • DevOps

Key Competencies Required:
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Pride in your work and ability to take feedback constructively;
  • Knowledge of core code fundamentals (Java, SQL, webservices, API’s) and their uses;
  • General understanding of SDLC;
  • Ability to listen, learn and participate in a team environment
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Requirements gathering and understanding
  • Testing planning, including test scripting;
  • Test execution;
  • Issue identification, recording and tracking;
  • Web/mobile application development
  • Participation in group exercises, training & development
 Mandatory Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Pride in your work and ability to take feedback constructively;
  • Knowledge of core code fundamentals (Java, SQL, webservices, API’s) and their uses;
  • General understanding of SDLC;
  • Ability to listen, learn and participate in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must have graduated from a university within the past 12 months or less (or will be graduating before June 2019 – or have all courses complete to work 40 hours per week)
