Creative HR assistant

This opportunity is perfect for someone who has just finished his/her HR degree and is looking for an entry level position. Working in the HR team you will help the team with improving the internal employer branding. This company has just created a platform for all their employees where they can find all the information they need. This includes events within the company and information regarding internal movements and much more. In your role as HR assistant you will maintain the platform and make it come alive with fun content. Next to this you will help the L&D manager setting up a Learning Management System.

Responsibilities in this role include, but will not be limited to:
- Maintaining and building the HR platform
- Create fun content and post on the intranet
- Assist the L&D manager with building a LMS
- Conducting general HR administration

To be successful in this role, you have previous system experience or are tech savvy and keen on learning a new system. For this role it is important to have a degree in HR as there is a high possibility to grow within the HR team. The team you will be working in is very supportive and collaborative. They have a real family feeling and this is exactly how they work and treat each other.
