We are currently looking a passionate and experienced customer service professional to join our Member Care team on a full-time basis.

About the role
With a passion for providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face, you will be responsible for providing information on our products and services, processing of membership payments, providing resolutions on member queries, banking reconciliation and daily administrative duties.

About you
With a strong customer service focus, you will be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels, have high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

Experience working in a team based, high volume environment to performance targets and standards together with exposure to health insurance, services or industry experience is desirable.

Member Care Consultants work on a rotating fortnightly roster of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm.

You must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role. Applicants must be able to provide two reference checks from previous employment.
